We ask for a ¥5,000 deposit per booking. By purchasing this "RESERVATION DEPOSIT", your reservation will be confirmed! Please include your name and date of reservation in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER" box during checkout so we know that it's you!
Please do not purchase this item unless a member of our staff has confirmed a date and time for your reservation by email and sent you a link to this page accordingly. If you purchase this item by mistake, we will promptly issue a refund.
We require at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation. If we do not receive 24 hours notice prior to the beginning of your reserved date and time, we will unfortunately be unable to refund your deposit.
Please keep in mind the following requirements and price schedule:
Booking party size - 1 to 4 people
Tasting length - 90 minutes
¥5,000 per person (¥5,500 including tax)
The deposit will be applied towards the final bill, payable at the tea bar after the tasting has concluded. We accept major Debit/Credit Cards and Cash.
Because space in our Machiya is limited and there are many fragile items on display, we require that children be closely supervised by their parent/guardian. Any children 12 or older will be charged as one member of the party and included in the tea tasting.
Tastings will consist of 5 teas including a matcha. We are happy to customize the selection based on your preferences!
