Conditions for returns and refunds

If there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that if you do not contact us within 7 days after the product arrives, we may not be able to accept your return request.

-We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or for reasons such as the color being different from what you see on your monitor.

-The cooling-off period does not apply to mail order sales.

Return shipping costs

If the product is damaged, the wrong size, or any other defect occurs due to our negligence, we will cover the shipping costs. Please send the product to the return address below, cash on delivery.
