About damage during delivery

When packing, we will take great care to prepare for shipping so that the outer box will not be scratched or dented, but there is a possibility that damage may occur during transportation after delivery to the delivery company due to some kind of trouble or the delivery company's responsibility.
We ask for your understanding that scratches and dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main product may be acceptable.
